The marketing team from the Admiral Insurance ‘Car Access Team’ approached us to help in the development of a logo for a new brand that they were launching. The brand was designed to meet the needs of young people who are learning to drive or recently passed their driving test but don’t own their own car. Veygo offers short-term car insurance designed to keep these young drivers on the road in a world in which car ownership is often prohibitively expensive.
The graphic design team at RACER set to work producing a large selection of hand drawn concepts before honing the design in the digital world. Time was also spent developing a custom type style for the logo and evolving a unique colour palette for the brand.
I approached RACER Marketing having previously worked with Mark, Creative Designer at RACER, and I’m so pleased I did. From the moment we started working with the RACER team I was impressed by their original thinking and unique approach to graphic design. They were responsive and open to developing multiple ideas until we got to a concept we were all excited to take to market.
